Centra has a couple of different types of emails that are being triggered. These can be customized by changing the text and translate them to different languages. But there are also different parameters that can be used and fetched per email type in each static. Follow for more below.

Where to find email statics

In the main menu to the left under DIRECT TO CONSUMER go to SETUP and 'Statics'
Click on 'E-mails' to filter out all the email statics
Open one up to make your adjustments
When you're done, hit 'Save'
If you have multiple language setup in Centra you can choose to translate your emails by clicking 'Translations'
