Introducing Centra Auth
For buyers (retailers)
Why am I seeing this?
You may know Centra as the platform behind the wholesale showrooms for the brands you work with.
To provide a more secure and seamless experience across all your brand partnerships, we are introducing Centra Auth, a centralized login system.
What is changing?
The way you browse collections and place orders in Showroom remains exactly the same. The only change is how you log in.
When is this happening?
Centra Auth will be rolled out in phases.
During the initial phase, you will be invited to update your login, but this will be optional.
In the later phase, starting in June 2026, updating to Centra Auth will be required to use any Centra Showroom.
What are the benefits
With Centra Auth, users can:
- Sign in with a password
- Use social logins such as Google or Microsoft
- Access Centra tools more securely and reliably
- Use one login to access all Showrooms powered by Centra
When do I need to update my login
You will see notifications in Showroom when your account is ready to be updated.
We recommend completing the update early to avoid interruptions when the update becomes mandatory
How to update your login
Before you start, please note the following requirements:
- Email inbox access: Please make sure that you have access to the inbox of the email address that you use as your login. Otherwise, you won’t be able to proceed.
- No shared logins: Accounts shared by multiple people are no longer supported. Every individual should have their own login.
Step 1: Start the update in Showroom
Go to the Showroom login page and enter your email address.
Enter your current password.
Once in the Showroom, you will see a notification that your account is ready to be updated. Select “Send activation email” to start the Centra Auth setup.

You can also choose to click “Not now”. You will continue to receive reminders, and the option to start the update will always be available in your login settings.
Once the mandatory phase begins in June 2026, the old login method will no longer grant access to the Showroom.
Step 2: Verify your email
You will receive an email with a verification link.

If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. If the email doesn’t appear, send the activation link again. If the problem persists, please contact support@centra.com.

Step 3: Choose how you want to sign in
After verifying your email, you can:
- Create a new password, or
- Choose a social login such as Google or Microsoft
If you set up a password first, you can also connect the available social logins later on in your settings.
For security reasons, new passwords must meet the following requirements
- Contain a minimum of 12 characters
- Contain a maximum of 72 characters
- Not be similar to the login (the email address)
- Avoid common patterns (e.g., "password" or "123456")
Once completed, you will be redirected back to Showroom. No further changes are needed. Your login settings will from now on be manageable on a separate, Centra Auth page, and will apply to all the Showrooms you have access to.
What happens if I do not update my login right away
Nothing will change immediately.
During the rollout period:
- You can continue using Showroom with your existing login
- You may see reminders encouraging you to update your login
After the transition period:
- You will be required to complete the update before signing in
- The update will only take a minute and can be completed at that time
Important Requirements:
To use Showroom with Centra Auth, you must use an active email address.
Centra Auth uses email verification to ensure that only the intended user can access an account. This means:
- The email address must be valid and reachable
- Shared, fake, or inactive email addresses cannot be used
- Users must be able to open the verification email during setup
If you cannot access the email address linked to their account, you will not be able to complete the login update. Please contact the Brand to change your email in the system prior to migration.
