Centra 3.124

Released to QA: October 19, 2026

Production rollout: November 2, 2026

Overview

This release introduces product completeness scores and rules, so you can see what data is missing before a product launches. Showroom gets account editing and image-enabled product information exports, the Integration API adds new purchase order creation modes, and the AMS gets editable filters and new search options. The release also clarifies the Klaviyo product catalog sync setting, speeds up order pagination for large order histories, and fixes issues across payments, Klaviyo stock sync, voucher imports, the Integration API, and Showroom.

Note: This is the last release to reach production before the feature freeze, releases during the freeze will continue to go to QA.

Improvements

Clearer Product Catalog Sync Setting in the Klaviyo Plugin

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

The Klaviyo plugin's "Synchronize product catalog" toggle suggested that catalog sync could be turned off or on. The option's label and layout now highlight that the option triggers a full product catalog sync.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where the date_time field in the fraud prevention request contained the basket creation time instead of the order creation time; the request now passes the actual order creation date.
  • Fixed issue where orders paid with credit vouchers or gift certificates could show a negative "Total ex. VAT", particularly when the voucher covered the entire order or was applied at item level; the calculation and rounding logic for credit vouchers in basket tax calculation is corrected.
  • Fixed issue where mobile app payments through Adyen Drop-in were attributed to the web channel, which caused incorrect 3DS behavior in some cases and showed the wrong set of payment methods; these payments are now attributed to the app channel.
  • Fixed issue where a stock update on one item could change Klaviyo stock levels for unrelated products and variants, causing incorrect back-in-stock notifications; items are now uniquely identified during stock sync.
  • Fixed issue where shoppers who canceled a redirect-based payment, such as Klarna, were sent to the payment failure page; the payment result now distinguishes cancellations from failures, so the storefront can return shoppers to checkout with their basket preserved.

Core

Platform-wide backend functionality shared across DTC and Wholesale, including tax and discount calculations, accounting workflows, and third-party integrations.

New Features

Product Completeness Score and Rules

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

Know what each product is missing Every product now has a completeness score from 0% to 100%, so you can see at a glance how much of its required data is filled in. You’ll find it in the new Complete column in the product list, where you can also filter for products that still need work. Open a product to see the full picture. The new Completeness section at the top of the product page lists everything that’s missing, grouped by the product itself, its variants, stores and displays. Click any missing field to jump straight to it and fill it in.

Decide what “complete” means for your catalog Completeness rules let you choose which checks count toward the score. A default rule covers all products from day one, and you can set each check to Required or Optional to match how your business works. If some product types need different data, for example accessories that don’t need a measurement chart, create a folder rule for them. You can also choose the languages you launch in. Each language gets its own translation score, so you can see where translations are missing.

Nothing changes in how you work Required checks only affect the score and what’s listed as missing. Validation stays the same: you can still save and activate products with missing data, at any score.

Improvements

Search improvements

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

  • More pages use the new search: the Displays and Reports pages now use it, with ready-made search parameters.
  • Search products by variant ID on the Products page.
  • Edit filters directly: click a filter pill to change its value instead of removing and re-adding it. This works for text, select, date and number filters.
  • Order search: a new Product number filter finds orders containing a specific SKU. Three filters are renamed: Order # is now Order number, Market is now Market name, and Shipment is now Shipment number.

Faster Order Pagination Beyond 10,000 Results in Integration API

Availability: QA Audience: Customers, Partners

Order queries requesting results past the first 10,000 (page 101 onward at 100 results per page) previously slowed to up to 12 seconds per page. These queries now return results without the slower fallback, so order exports and integrations that page through large order histories finish faster.

Partner notes: No query changes required. Integrations that paginate orders past page 100 get shorter response times.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where the Packing List action was missing from the actions menu in the Wholesale order view, even with the Packing List plugin enabled and configured; the action is available again across all configured wholesale stores.
  • Fixed issue where some variation attributes in catalog advanced search showed generic labels such as "Value" instead of their names; filter labels now match the configured attribute names, consistent with the variant details view.
  • Fixed issue where searching or filtering by multiple comma-separated values in list views, such as orders, shipments, and accounts, returned only the first record or no results; all values are now matched and returned.
  • Fixed issue where importing more than 100 sub vouchers failed, both through CSV import in the AMS and the addSubvouchers mutation; large imports work again up to the documented limit.
  • Fixed issue in Integration API where setDeliveryWindowVariants reported success but did not update a variant that was already in a delivery window, and limit: null did not clear limits; re-assigning a variant now updates its type and limits, and limit: null clears limits without unsetting the variant first.
  • Fixed issue where the Integration API returned image sizes with numbers-only names, such as "1600", under the wrong names, causing Unknown size errors or 403 errors on image URLs; these sizes now keep their configured names and return working image URLs.
  • Fixed issue where Integration API queries returning prices or amounts failed with an unknown currency error for stores using a non-ISO currency code; orders, prices, and totals for these stores now return correctly.

Wholesale

Wholesale includes the digital Showroom for buyer ordering, B2B account and order management, delivery window configuration, and administrative tools for managing wholesale operations.

Note: Showroom updates are released on Wednesdays with separate timing:

  • QA: October 21, 2026
  • Production: November 4, 2026

New Features

Edit Accounts in Showroom

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

Sales reps and admins with read and update rights for wholesale accounts can now edit account details directly in Showroom, including name, email, market, pricelist, shipping term, payment term, and discount. Account details also include shortcuts to an account's or buyer's selections. The address defined on account level can be found in Shipping addreses, tagged 'MAIN'.

To edit accounts in Showroom: enable "Account editing" in the Showroom plugin and select user right "WHOLESALE ACCOUNT READ/UPDATE".

Product Information Export with Images

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

The Product information download has a new "Include images" option that adds a product thumbnail to every row of the Excel file. The option is on by default, and the export without images is unchanged.

Purchase Order Linking Modes in the Integration API

Availability: QA Audience: Customers, Partners

createPurchaseOrder now accepts a linking mode that matches the purchase order flows in the AMS. No-linking mode creates a manual purchase order with no customer orders linked. Fill-from-demand mode fills lines from pre-orders and backorders, with optional filters for collection, delivery window, order status, brand, folder, market, and country.

Partner notes: The change is additive and backward compatible. The mutation returns userWarnings for items that couldn't be linked.

Improvements

Faster Selection Loading for Large Catalogs

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

On large catalogs, opening selections and products could take over two minutes, time out, or show a gray page. Backend query optimizations reduced loading time to around 3 to 5 seconds in the reported case.

Centra Auth for Buyers Created Through the Integration API

Availability: QA

Audience: Customers, Partners

Buyers created through the Integration API are now registered automatically for Centra Auth and can log in to Showroom the same way as buyers created in the AMS.

Partner notes: No extra integration steps are needed to enable Centra Auth login for these buyers.

Faster Buyer Emails

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

Centra Auth buyer emails, such as welcome and access emails, are now sent without the previous queue delay.

PDM Stats and Estimated Gross Profit Hidden

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

PDM stats are removed while the wholesale price is still shown. The estimated gross profit figure is removed from the selection summary.

Quantity Change Arrows Hidden in Selections

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

The up and down arrows indicating quantity changes in selections are now hidden, since they didn't show who made the change. Seller-focused change tracking is being designed to replace them.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where the "Send email" action rejected some valid buyer email addresses; validation now accepts all valid email formats.
  • Fixed issue where Lookbooks created with an RRP selected didn't show RRP on products; RRP is shown on Lookbook products again.
  • Fixed issue where orders containing a prepack and an individual variant of the same product showed quantities one size to the right on the Showroom order confirmation; the size grid now aligns correctly.
  • Fixed issue where products with variant or multivariant relations were counted twice in the selection overview; related variants are deduplicated so totals match the selection.
  • Fixed issue where quantities added through a prepack couldn't be edited after an admin excluded that delivery window from the prepack; these quantities now stay editable.
  • Fixed issue where changing the linesheet template caused an error in attribute ordering; linesheets generate correctly after a template change.
  • Fixed issue where scrolling didn't work inside modals in Showroom.
