Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)

Direct-to-Consumer includes storefront APIs, checkout flows, native payment integrations, native email integrations, and all customer-facing commerce functionality for online retail.

Improvements

Adyen integration updates

Availability: QA
Audience: Customers, Partners

Centra now supports dynamic ordering of payment methods and Click to Pay in the Adyen payment widget. The integration also uses the latest Adyen SDK version, including updated German translations aligned with German legal requirements. Customers can enable dynamic payment method ordering and Click to Pay directly in their Adyen dashboard.

Partner notes: Partners don’t need to do anything to enable Dynamic ordering of payment methods and Click to Pay. In order to enable latest Adyen SDK with a proper German translation partners need to implement small change in their FE in QA environment and clients need to approach their Customer Success Manager in Centra.

High contrast mode in AMS

Availability: QA
Audience: Customers

A high contrast mode is now available in AMS accessibility settings. The mode applies stronger borders, bolder fonts, higher-contrast colors, and removes shadows across the interface.

Categorized "See all" navigation

Audience: Customers

The "See all" section in the navigation panel is now organized into five groups: Data, Catalog, Content, Sizing, and Structure. The grouping works together with navigation customization settings.

Improvements

Expanded multi-select filtering

Availability: QA
Audience: Customers

The advanced multi-select filter is now available on Displays, Categories, Category displays, and Stock pages. Previously, the filter was only available on the Products page.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where product images uploaded through ZIP media import were sorted lexicographically instead of numerically; images now display in the intended numeric order after import
  • Fixed issue where newly created size charts did not appear in the list view until the page was refreshed; the list now updates immediately after saving

Wholesale

Wholesale includes the digital Showroom for buyer ordering, B2B account and order management, delivery window configuration, and administrative tools for managing wholesale operations.

Note: Showroom updates are released on Wednesdays with separate timing:

  • QA: 20.05
  • Production: 3.06

New Features

Expanded multilingual support in Showroom

Availability: QA
Audience: Customers, Partners

Showroom now supports six additional languages: Italian, Spanish, Norwegian, Danish, Japanese, and Mandarin. The updated localization flow supports translations across UI content, backend messages, Centra Auth, and CMS content. Terms and Conditions content is also now displayed in the selected language.

Configurable mandatory account fields

Availability: QA
Audience: Customers, Partners

Admins can now configure required account fields in Showroom plugin settings. Required fields are enforced during account creation, account request processing, and invoice address updates. This helps reduce incomplete account submissions and manual data correction workflows.

Partner notes: API integrations using Accepts-version: 3 must include all configured required fields for supported account endpoints. Requests without the version header are unaffected.

Hide wholesale prices in Showroom

Availability: QA
Audience: Customers

Admins can now enable a setting that replaces wholesale prices with recommended retail prices across Showroom. The setting applies to product cards, product details, checkout, selection summaries, and order lists.

This allows wholesalers to present products to end consumers without exposing wholesale pricing.

Improvements

Customizable Showroom login greeting

Availability: QA
Audience: Customers

The Showroom login page greeting can now be edited and translated through Custom text settings in the Showroom plugin configuration.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where only one Showroom role was linked during Centra Auth migration; all roles associated with the same email are now connected correctly
  • Fixed issue where sizes in Product Information exports appeared in an inconsistent order; exports now follow the configured size chart sequence
  • Resolved blank error pages during Centra Auth login and recovery flows; users are now redirected back to the login page with a clean session
  • Fixed issue where the "+ QTY" button did not add quantities for buyers on product listing pages; buyers can now use quick add functionality correctly
  • Fixed issue where legacy login UI elements remained visible after Centra Auth migration; the login interface now refreshes correctly after migration
  • Fixed issue where inactive buyer accounts appeared in the roles endpoint response; only active and selectable roles are now returned
  • Fixed issue where enabling Swedish translations could make Showroom inaccessible; translation loading now works correctly across all supported languages
