Centra 3.108

Released to QA: March 9, 2026

Production rollout: March 23, 2026

Overview

This release introduces Adyen Express Checkout in general availability, enabling one-click purchases via Apple Pay and Google Pay across DTC checkout flows. It also delivers Centra Auth, a new unified login system for Showroom that consolidates buyer access across multiple brands. Additional improvements cover delivery window group management, wholesale shipping option visibility through the Integration API, and pricing logic for manually edited orders. Bug fixes address stock event accuracy, image handling, stock report downloads, and order flow reliability across DTC and Wholesale.

Availability Legend

  • QA: Available in QA environments for testing
  • Production: Live in production environments

Release Flow Reminder: Updates are released to QA first. Production rollout follows approximately two weeks later unless otherwise stated.

Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)

Direct-to-Consumer includes storefront APIs, checkout flows, native payment integrations, native email integrations, and all customer-facing commerce functionality for online retail.

New Features

Adyen Express Checkout

Availability: QA Audience: Customers, Partners

Enables one-click purchases using Apple Pay or Google Pay via the Adyen Drop-In integration, available on the product page, basket page, and checkout page. Shipping methods configured in Centra are surfaced directly inside the express checkout flow, reducing friction at key drop-off points and lowering cart abandonment.

All customers using Storefront API and Checkout API can now implement Adyen Express Checkout. Note that the integration requires frontend implementation by a developer.

Partner notes: Does not support third-party delivery experience systems such as Ingrid. Customers using Ingrid for their standard checkout flow will need additional implementation to prevent Ingrid from overwriting shipment data in express checkout flows. Customers with a hard dependency on a third-party delivery experience system for order fulfillment can build custom logic to receive order data from Centra, and for Ingrid users, use the Ingrid API to book shipping.

Bug Fixes

Availability: QA

  • Fixed issue where replacing product images via GraphQL caused outdated images to reappear; media deleted via GraphQL is now fully removed and both thumbnails and full-size images update consistently across integrations and AMS.
  • Fixed issue where orders containing both an external gift card (such as Givex) and a credit voucher covering the full order total were incorrectly set to "Waiting for gift card authorization" and remained stuck; orders fully covered by a voucher or other payment method now progress normally without manual intervention.
  • Fixed issue where Centra's Rule integration sent conflicting tag updates on order creation, causing order confirmation automations to not trigger reliably; the tag flow is now consistent and customers receive order confirmation emails as expected.

Core

Platform-wide backend functionality shared across DTC and Wholesale, including tax and discount calculations, accounting workflows, and third-party integrations.

Bug Fixes

Availability: QA

  • Fixed issue where updating stock for a product variant in AMS generated multiple StockChange events for a single change, including spurious "created" and "deleted" events for stock objects that did not exist; only the appropriate StockChange events are now emitted and all event object IDs correspond to real stock objects in Centra.
  • Fixed issue where auto-generated stock reports could not be downloaded from AMS; reports are now correctly created, stored, and available for download as expected.

Wholesale

Wholesale includes the digital Showroom for buyer ordering, B2B account and order management, delivery window configuration, and administrative tools for managing wholesale operations.

Note: Showroom updates are released on Wednesdays with separate timing:

  • QA: March 11, 2026
  • Production: March 25, 2026

New Features

Centra Auth

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

Centra Auth is a new unified login system for all Showroom user types, including buyers, brand admins, and sales representatives. It uses email as a unique identifier across Showrooms, so buyers can access multiple wholesale stores with a single set of credentials rather than managing separate logins per brand.

Centra Auth supports MFA via email or authenticator app (TOTP), backup and recovery codes, Google and Microsoft sign-in, and session visibility with the ability to log out of individual sessions. Password recovery uses a one-time code sent by email.

Users can switch to the new experience in their production environment starting March 25. Starting in June 2026, all users will be migrated to the new Centra Auth experience.

Improvements

Delivery Window Grouping

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

Delivery window grouping in Showroom now supports bulk management. Brand admins can select multiple delivery windows at once and move them to an existing group, remove them from a group, or add them to a new group using a multiselector in the grouping interface. The grouping view can also be filtered to show only active delivery windows, reducing the manual effort previously required when managing large seasonal catalogs.

Multiple Shipping Options via Integration API

Availability: QA Audience: Customers, Partners

Shipping options configured within a wholesale shipping term, such as standard and express, are now fully exposed through the Integration API. Previously, integrations could only retrieve the default shipping option; external systems can now fetch and display all available options configured against a shipping term.

Bug Fixes

Availability: QA

  • Fixed issue where Showroom did not update selection quantities after a checkout failure caused by stock limits or allocation rules; the selection view now automatically adjusts quantities to the maximum available stock so buyers can proceed based on accurate figures without refreshing the page.
  • Fixed issue where products manually added to an order in AMS used the wrong price and discount when a time-controlled price alteration and a per-delivery-window discount were both active; the system now consistently applies the time-controlled price with the correct delivery window discount, and the price details view reflects accurate figures.
  • Fixed issue where stock calculations in Showroom did not correctly apply geo-priority allocation rules, causing buyers to see stock from the wrong warehouse; visible stock now reflects only the warehouses mapped to the buyer's shipping country and delivery window.
  • Fixed issue where bulk export of proforma invoices from Wholesale shipments did not generate files; selecting shipments and choosing "export proforma" now correctly generates and downloads the expected proforma files.
