Centra 3.115

Released to QA: June 15, 2026

Production rollout: June 29, 2026

Overview

This release introduces improvements that make it easier to work with product and variant data in the Centra admin. Teams can now view individual variants separately and customise the order of attributes in the product listings page, so they can surface the information most relevant to their workflow without digging through irrelevant fields. The Storefront API now validates add-on combinations upfront so invalid pairings don't reach orders, and fulfilment teams can ship add-ons in different quantities to their parent products, opening up more options for what you can offer customers. The Klaviyo integration gets richer order data in confirmation events and full variant coverage in campaign syncs. In Wholesale, buyers get a more predictable checkout experience with address handling that actually sticks — saved addresses persist across refreshes and can be edited in place, so buyers aren't re-entering details they've already saved. Selections are also cleaner to navigate: a buyer's own most recent selection now loads by default, reducing confusion between buyer and sales rep views.

Availability Legend

  • QA: Available in QA environments for testing
  • Production: Live in production environments

Release Flow Reminder: Updates are released to QA first. Production rollout follows approximately two weeks later unless otherwise stated.

Core

Platform-wide backend functionality shared across DTC and Wholesale, including tax and discount calculations, accounting workflows, and third-party integrations.

Improvements

Manage variants with ease

Availability: QA

Audience: Customers

The Products page now supports variant-level listing, with each variant displayed in its own row. Batch actions can be applied to individual variants rather than all variants under a product.

Find the product you need, faster

Availability: QA

Audience: Customers

Build your own view of the Products and variants listing page by choosing which columns to show, pinning the ones you need most, and ordering them the way you work. Select up to 25 attributes, drag to reorder, and pin up to 3 sticky columns. Preferences are saved per user.

Auto-scroll on Shipments

Availability: QA

Audience: Customers

Shipment pages for DTC and Wholesale now auto-scroll to the relevant section, reducing manual navigation after page load.

Product column stays in view when creating selections

Availability: QA

Audience: Customers

The product name stays visible as you scroll horizontally, so there's no guesswork when creating large selections.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where vouchers using "X of Y" criteria failed to save when the "in each group of" and "filter to result" values were set to the same number; the Integration API now correctly accepts these configurations.
  • Fixed issue where refilling a fully used credit voucher via the "Change" button or Flow Builder did not increase the Max Usage count, leaving the voucher blocked despite having a restored balance; refilling via the UI, Flow Builder, or Integration API now correctly increments the usage limit.

Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)

Direct-to-Consumer includes storefront APIs, checkout flows, native payment integrations, native email integrations, and all customer-facing commerce functionality for online retail.

Improvements

Error validation on Add-Ons in the Storefront API

Availability: QA

Audience: Customers, Partners

The Storefront API now validates that a product is a legitimate add-on for its parent before allowing it to be added to the cart.

Partner notes: Invalid add-on requests now return a clear error response. Review any integrations that add products as add-ons to ensure only valid combinations are submitted.

Set independent quantities for add-ons and parent products

Availability: QA

Audience: Customers, Partners

Add-on product quantities in shipments are no longer tied to the parent product's quantity. Each line in a shipment can now have its own independent quantity when creating shipments via the Integration API.

Partner notes: The quantity validation that previously forced add-on quantities to match the parent has been removed. No migration is required, but implementations that relied on the previous behavior should be reviewed.

Klaviyo Integration Improvements

Availability: QA

Audience: Customers, Partners

Centra's Klaviyo integration now shares additional data in order confirmation events and has been updated to use the latest Klaviyo API endpoints. Clients can display original price without tax in order confirmation emails, use different email templates based on Market and Store, and use all active variants in Klaviyo marketing campaigns. Updates include:

  • Original price without tax and Market and Store information are now included in order confirmation events
  • All activated variants per display are sent to Klaviyo during product catalogue sync
  • Centra now uses current Klaviyo API endpoints in place of legacy ones

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where the PUT /countries/{country}/states/{state} endpoint cleared the state field from checkout selection data, causing US orders to be placed with missing state information; the endpoint now correctly updates the state to the provided value.
  • Fixed issue where order line comments on bundles were lost when a guest user logged in via POST /login in the Checkout API, because the selection merge logic did not carry over comments from the previous session; comments are now preserved across all bundle types.
  • Fixed issue where adding the same product in multiple sizes, each with its own add-on, caused the system to group the line items together so that add-ons only appeared on one item; each size is now treated as a separate line item.
  • Fixed issue where the orderDate field in the Storefront API's getLastOrder query returned the shopping selection creation date instead of the actual order placement date; the field now reflects the time the order was completed.
  • Fixed issue where orders captured via Qliro were not marked as paid after a successful capture.
  • Fixed issue where partially captured orders sent all order items to Kustom instead of only those that were paid for.
  • Fixed issue where the overselling prevention mechanism caused discrepancies between order item lists in Centra and Kustom; the correct list of items is now sent.

Wholesale

Wholesale includes the digital Showroom for buyer ordering, B2B account and order management, delivery window configuration, and administrative tools for managing wholesale operations.

Note: Showroom updates are released on Wednesdays with separate timing:

Improvements

Get more buyers through checkout

Availability: QA

Audience: Customers

Addresses now stick around through page refreshes, stay editable after you've saved them, and the one you've selected is always pinned to the top so it doesn't get buried. Less hunting, fewer re-entries for buyers with multiple shipping addresses.

Buyers pick up orders where they left off

Availability: QA

Audience: Customers

A buyer's most recent selection is now the first thing they see when they open Showroom. Buyer selections are visually distinguished from others' across the Selections page and All Products page.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where state and country fields in shipping addresses were joined without a space (for example, "CaliforniaUnited States"); a correct separator is now applied.
  • Fixed issue where using "Send Email" on an account's General view in AMS always sent the email to the first buyer on the account rather than the selected recipient.
  • Fixed issue where users completing Ory authentication were redirected to the Showroom homepage instead of the page they originally tried to access; users are now redirected to the original URL. (This fix was hotfixed to QA and will reach production on June 18, 2026.)
  • Fixed issue where exporting an order summary omitted some products, particularly for orders with price-controlled price alterations; all products are now correctly included.
  • Fixed issue where exporting a supplier order as Excel only included EAN barcodes and omitted UPC; UPC is now exported as a separate column alongside EAN.
  • Fixed issue where Stripe checkout failed with "Checkout operation has failed" when a preferred shipping date or cancel date was set with order splitting by delivery window enabled; Stripe checkout now works correctly regardless of these settings.
