Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)

DTC logic, payments and checkout, and emailing and CRM integrations.

Improvements

Stripe refunds on cancellation of paid orders

  • Availability: QA
  • Audience: Customers

When an order paid via Stripe is later canceled in Centra, payment is now automatically refunded to the customer. This removes the need to process refunds manually and improves the customer experience.

Bug Fixes

  • Back in stock notifications in Klaviyo were sent in the wrong language for some customers who hadn't yet placed their first order, requiring manual translation. Notifications are now sent in the correct language for all customers.
  • Some orders within a defined historical sync window were missing from Klaviyo, leaving clients without full order history. All orders in that window are now synced correctly.
  • Started Checkout events sent to Klaviyo showed product data in English instead of the customer's delivery-country language in some cases, leading to emails in the wrong language. This has been corrected.

Core

Backend functionality spanning user interface and navigation, dashboard and reporting, product data and localization, inventory and fulfillment, discounting, calculations, and accounting.

Features

Smarter search on the Products page

  • Availability: QA
  • Audience: Customers

Catalog search previously required typing search parameters in an exact format, and it wasn't possible to filter by attributes with no assigned value. Users can now pick any attribute from a list, choose a type-aware operator (is, is not, is greater than, is empty, is not empty, and more), and enter or select a value, across both product and display listing views. This makes it faster to find products and easier to spot incomplete catalog data.

Bug Fixes

  • Products that had already been fully shipped could still appear in the create-shipment popup after a return and credit note, allowing overshipping. Shipment creation now correctly excludes fully shipped quantities in these cases.
  • Orders containing bundles with serialized products could fail to allocate again after being unallocated, blocking fulfillment even when stock was available. Bundle allocation now handles this correctly.
  • Expediting partially allocated orders could leave allocation and physical stock values out of sync between the order and shipment. These now stay in sync, and affected orders have been corrected.
  • Checkout API responses could return inconsistent image file formats between media and mediaObjects fields for the same configured image size. Image URLs are now generated consistently across both.
  • Converted order totals could show as zero in the order overview even when order values existed, making multi-currency review unreliable. Converted totals now calculate correctly.

Wholesale

Wholesale logic and Showroom.

Features

Redesigned CMS editor side panel

  • Availability: QA
  • Audience: Customers

The CMS editor canvas was previously cluttered with inline menus and copy/cut buttons, making it slow to manage and reorder sections. A new collapsible side panel now consolidates section actions and copy/paste, with drag-and-drop reordering, for a cleaner editing experience.

Selection summary dashboard

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

Buyers and sales reps previously had no quick way to assess a selection's totals and balance without scrolling through every product. A new collapsible dashboard on the selection page shows stat tiles for products, units, subtotal, retail value, and prognosed profit, plus expandable category and collection breakdowns, making it easy to spot unquantified products and compare balance at a glance.

Improvements

Faster quantity updates in product matrices

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

Adding or removing quantities in the size/colour matrix was previously slow on selections with many lines. The underlying endpoint has been optimized for speed, making quantity updates faster and more responsive when building large selections.

Faster product listings on Showrooms with ETAs

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

Browsing product listings on Showrooms with delivery ETAs enabled was previously slowed by a performance issue in the listing endpoint. This has been optimized for faster page loads.

Faster checkout for large orders

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

Checkout could previously time out on large orders, sometimes with a server error, due to per-line processing. Checkout now uses bulk operations instead, significantly cutting processing time and reducing timeouts.

Brand name shown on sign in and reauthenticate pages

Availability: QA Audience: Customers

The sign-in and reauthenticate screens didn't previously indicate which Showroom or brand a buyer was logging into. Both screens now display the Showroom's brand name, helpful for buyers with multiple brand accounts.

Bug Fixes

  • Idle Showroom tabs open for 10 or more minutes could fail to resume, bouncing users back to the login page and losing their in-progress selection. Session handling has been fixed so idle tabs resume correctly and users are no longer randomly logged out while building a selection.
  • Orders placed under a Preorder delivery window were sometimes incorrectly marked as backorder when the selection also contained stock products. Preorder orders are now classified correctly.
  • A single very large selection could degrade Showroom performance for other users on the same instance, causing slow loading for affected buyers. This has been resolved.
  • Widespread slow performance in Supplier Selections, caused by inefficient queries and repeated refreshes, has been addressed.
  • Orders and selections with a large number of products could take several minutes to load. Paging and lazy loading have been added so large orders now load in seconds.
  • Unit count labels on selection and order cards showed placeholder text instead of the actual number in Swedish, German, and French. This has been fixed.
  • The CMS product picker had usability issues, including controls disappearing on window resize and "load more" not hiding once all products in a batch were added. Both issues are now fixed, along with clearer market-availability messaging.
  • Downloading an Excel export for a split order failed with a fatal error. This has been fixed.
  • Orders with a large number of discounted lines could cause the entire order list to fail due to corrupted tax data. The underlying issue has been fixed.
  • Cancelled products didn't appear on the order page. They now display correctly.
  • CMS products could incorrectly show a "Sold out" badge in the editor and preview. This has been corrected.
  • Logging in could skip the OTP step when a Buyer account and a User account shared the same email address with MFA enabled, creating a security gap. The OTP step is now always triggered in this scenario.
  • Discounted and original prices could visually overlap on the product list page at certain screen sizes, making prices hard to read. This has been fixed.

Integrations

Apps and integrations.
