Release Flow Reminder: Updates are released to QA first. Production rollout follows approximately two weeks later unless otherwise stated.

New Features
Wishlist Events to Klaviyo
Availability: QA
Audience: Customers
Centra now streams real-time metric events to Klaviyo whenever shoppers add or remove items from their wishlist. These events include product metadata, enabling marketers to build automated retention flows, segment audiences by product interest, and deliver personalized recommendations.
Core
Platform-wide backend functionality shared across DTC and Wholesale, including tax and discount calculations, accounting workflows, and third-party integrations.
New Features
AI content generation (AI Content Studio)
Availability: QA
Audience: Customers, Partners
AI Content Studio can now generate on-brand product copy directly in Centra.
- Choose what to generate: any store-level or display-level field, including custom display fields, for example descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions, meta keywords, tags or URL slugs.
- Shape the output: product data and images are used as context, guided by brand guidelines, up to 5 style references, tone presets and optional notes per product or variant.
- Review before publishing: drafts appear next to the published content, where they can be edited or regenerated field by field. Nothing goes live until it's published.
- Translate in the same flow: generation is connected to AI translations, so users can generate, review and publish, then translate, review and publish from the same batch.
Access: enabled by default for full-access admins and users with access to the product catalog. Content can be generated for up to 50 products for free.
Partner note: generated URL slugs only change a product's URL if users publish them over an existing value. This works the same as a manual URI edit, so storefronts that already handle URI changes need no updates.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where searching or filtering lists using comma-separated values returned only the first match or no results; multi-value parsing now returns all matching records across admin list views.
- Fixed issue where exported Forecast spreadsheets contained broken formula references resulting in
#DIV/0!errors in spreadsheet applications; formula parameters now calculate accurately upon export. - Fixed issue where collections with numeric names were displayed as sequential index numbers in the product import settings dropdown; dropdown selectors now display actual numeric collection names.
- Resolved issue where calling the
createSubscriptionGraphQL mutation without a contract ID threw an unhandled HTTP 500 error; input validation now returns descriptiveuserErrorvalidation messages. - Fixed issue where deleting an attribute left orphaned references on product variants, causing Integration API responses to include empty attribute fields; an automated cleanup process now purges orphaned attribute links.
Wholesale
Wholesale includes the digital Showroom for buyer ordering, B2B account and order management, delivery window configuration, and administrative tools for managing wholesale operations.
Note: Showroom updates are released on Wednesdays with separate timing:
- QA: October 8, 2026
- Production: October 21, 2026
New Features
CMS Editor Side Panel and Reorder Mode
Availability: QA
Audience: Customers
The CMS editor now features a side panel displaying the complete page hierarchy, including section and layout structures, along with a dedicated reorder mode. Administrators can rearrange page structures directly from the panel, view section labels and canvas highlights, and check publication status from the updated top bar.
Improvements
Full-Width Product Images in Showroom
Availability: QA
Audience: Customers
Product display images in Showroom now expand to fill the full width of the container area. On desktop screens, a preview of the subsequent product image peeks in from below, mirroring the tablet layout to signal additional images.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where creating a new selection in the admin panel inherited price lists from open buyer selections rather than the account's assigned price list; new selections now default to the account's active price list.
- Fixed issue where Showroom Lookbooks omitted recommended retail prices when an RRP price list was active; Lookbook products now display RRP values.
- Fixed issue where order summaries containing a prepack alongside individual items of the same product shifted size quantities one column to the right; quantities now align under the correct sizes.
- Product stats are no longer shown on the product detail view, and estimated gross profit is hidden from the selection summary until its calculation is reworked.
- Email validation in the Send email action no longer blocks some buyers. Shipped as a hotfix.
- The Selection overview no longer double-counts units for products with a Variant or Multivariant display relation, so its totals now match the selection.
