New Features

  • BETA Feature: Barcode scanners for digital showroom

    • This feature, now in beta, allows for seamless transition from a brick-and-mortar to digital Showroom.

    • Enable the barcode scanner in Showroom plugin settings to allow your sales representatives and buyers to scan an EAN or UPC code from the item’s tag.

    • The scanner takes you directly to the product display and allows you to add it to your selection.

    • For the feature to work as intended, remember to add the right codes for each Product size in Products > Stock > Size info > GTIN (EAN/UPC).

    • Important considerations for this BETA Feature we are still improving:

    • We have encountered some issues in iOS relating to speed of focus/catching the code.

    • For certain iPhone models (mainly 13 and 14) the device defaults to the incorrect lens.

    • We will shortly launch a “land me on specific size” option, so that immediately after scanning the user lands in the right place in the Size matrix.

    • Find out more about using barcode scanners in this knowledge base article

  • Improved order split summary
    • Previously if the criterion to split order was set to something else than “By Delivery Window” - e.g. By Brand, By Collection or others - the view didn’t allow users to see the all delivery windows included in each new order (created after the split).
    • Now all the delivery windows are displayed near the corresponding orders in the order split summary view.
  • Improved order cloning
    • Previously when cloning an order in the Centra UI we were using settings from the frontend.
    • This meant that we were unable to add products from Delivery Windows with the setting “Hide from front-end” set to “Yes”.
    • Now it is possible to clone such an order in the Centra UI.

Fixes

  • We pass information about multiple brands assigned to an account now, making it possible to clone such an order.
  • Agent with limited access can now create an account in Showroom
  • Showroom tracking improved - validation now passing through the Google Analytics 4 ID
  • We have added a validation to accounts so that you need to fill in the mandatory fields to activate an account
  • Stock type is displayed in delivery window tooltip
  • Complex links are now sanitized in an improved and more secure way
