How to navigate Centra

Interface


The interface in Centra consists of 4 main parts:

  1. Navigation
  2. Breadcrumbs
  3. Listing
  4. Details panel Below you can find out in detail about each one of them separately.

1. Navigation


The navigation can take you places. Here’s what you can find in this menu:

  1. Navigation expander: The arrow button can be used to collapse or expand the navigation menu.
  2. Global search: This search functionality includes suggestions which allow you to get to various parts of Centra or specific orders, products etc.
  3. General: Includes access to Dashboard, Reports, Products, Stock and More.
  4. Direct to consumer: Navigation options specific to your Direct to consumer store(s). You can access Orders, Shipments, Returns, Customers, Vouchers and More.
  5. Wholesale: Navigation options specific to your Wholesale store(s). You can access Orders, Shipments, Invoices, Accounts and More.
  6. Settings & help: You can access Help, System, Modules, Diagnostics, Scan barcode and What's new.
  7. Personal settings: Through this button you can get to your User info or Logout.

2. Breadcrumbs

Consider this to be a sum of the steps you took on your path to get to a particular part of Centra - quite literally like leaving digital breadcrumbs. For example, if you clicked System > Languages to get to Languages, this is what you will find in the Breadcrumbs. The last part of the breadcrumbs is always clickable.

3. Listing

All Listing views are divided into 3 main parts: a) Listing top bar, b) Listing action bar and c) Listing table, as seen in the picture below:

4. Details

To get to the Details panel, you need to select a particular item from the Listing table. The Details are divided into 3 main parts: a) Details top bar, b) Summary, and c) Sections, as seen in the picture below:
