The sprint has ended. You know the drill! For those of you who don't know what the drill is, read here. These releases will be deployed to your Demo environment today (Wednesday), then you'll perform tests and so will we, then next Monday the same releases and any additional bugfixes are deployed to your Live environment.
Once the releases are deployed to your Demo environment we have entered the "testing period". If we or you discover issues or bugs during this period on Demo we will fix them. By the time it comes to Monday any problems found should be fixed, meaning that your Live environments are as bug-free as possible.
It's super important for you to let us know if there is something fishy going on during the testing period and on Mondays deployment! Because, after all, we are only humans and can occasionally miss stuff. If a business critical bug occurs after Live deployment we will build a hotfix which is immediately delivered to your Live environment.
Platform Release Notes
- Occasionally when users changed store URLs in the System > Stores view it created a domino effect of problematic side effects that the user may not have been aware of. We will now display the following warning message: Changing these settings can lead to severe side effects. If you are uncertain about this change please contact Centra support.
A user reported issues syncing invoices to Fortnox, this was experienced when trying to sync with invoice with the country North Korea. This was due to the EN name for North Korea being incorrectly set up. Now if using North Korea invoices will sync accurately.
Some times when selecting a pricelist and then saving it within a campaign Centra failed to save the pricelist selected correctly. Now Centra will always make sure to save the selections made within the campaign view.
Clients experienced issues syncing invoices to Fortnox due to Fortnox not being able to see the correct accounts even though the accounts within Fortnox matched their configuration settings within the Centra Fortnox module. We now ensure that invoices that can have an account applied will be synced accordingly.
Some users received some alarming fatal error messages when attempting to delete products. This was because the action delete was not possible to find. We have now ensured that if this button is selected fatal errors are not displayed.
Clients reported repetitive issues with how images were broken in their Instagram feed (empty images). We have now rebuilt the cache for images and links that the frontend consumes from the article in the CMS module, if the source is not found we will inactivate the article. This will result in limited errors and prevent the occurrence of empty images spots on the frontend.
Clients reported errors with their Inventory by Warehouse report. The report was altered so that it showed the historical cost/pc price converted to base currency and averaged out for FTA values. Now when you export the report with stock type Physical you will get the cost/pc price listed on the variant instead of the historical insert.
It was reported that the KCO receipt snippet was not being correctly displayed when using CheckoutAPI. We have adjusted the checkout API so that it shows the correct receipt page.
- Clients and partners both reported an issue with duplicate media from the instagram plugin. This resulted in hundreds of instagram image duplicates being incorrectly displayed on the frontend. We have since rectified the issue and deployed a patch to remove duplicate images.
Showroom Release Notes
- There were some minor design glitches. We have now fixed the styling of the calendar (the date picker is now colored the same blue seen throughout Centra Showroom), added a fixed border to the filter panel and fixed double button icons.
- Some users experienced issues with delivery window dates not being displayed correctly. We have now made sure that if delivery window dates are defined we will display them, if no delivery window dates have been selected then we will not display them.
