2018-09-26 Issue No: 20
The sprint has ended. You know the drill! For those of you who don't know what the drill is, read here. These releases will be deployed to your Demo environment today (Wednesday), then you'll perform tests and so will we, then next Monday the same releases and any additional bugfixes are deployed to your Live environment.
Once the releases are deployed to your Demo environment we have entered the "testing period". If we or you discover issues or bugs during this period on Demo we will fix them. By the time it comes to Monday any problems found should be fixed, meaning that your Live environments are as bug-free as possible.
It's super important for you to let us know if there is something fishy going on during the testing period and on Mondays deployment! Because, after all, we are only humans and can occasionally miss stuff. If a business critical bug occurs after Live deployment we will build a hotfix which is immediately delivered to your Live environment.
Platform Release Notes
We now send more data to Fortnox than we have previously done. Now when syncing invoices between Centra and Fortnox you can send; PO# (Purchase Order), Discount to invoice items, Email Invoice, Organization Number, Payment Terms and Delivery Terms.
We have now added a clear warning for when you choose to anonymize personal data, you will see the warning message: The action you are about to perform is irrevocable. Personal data will be permanently deleted. This may include financial data. Invoices due to legal requirements will NOT be anonymized.
It is now possible to change the names of your size charts. To do this you need to go to _Catalog > Charts > Select a size chart > Click the Change size names link. Here is where you change the names. We do recommend that you only utilize this feature when you truly need to adjust something.
- We have now added _Warehouse_column to the detailed spreadsheet export for orders. You will now be able to see the warehouse as a column in your exported file
When clicking on an anonymized customers orders and viewing their history it was still possible to see notices within the history, we have now adapted how the anonymize functionality works so that it anonymizes all information properly.
IP addresses on orders will now be added to orders with the IP address sent to us via the API's and not the front-end servers IP.
- Sometimes Link Logistics would try to import an already accept supplier delivery file but fail as it was already excepted and clog the log with error messages, now if a file has already been imported we will remove the already imported accept-supplier-delivery files.
Showroom Release Notes
- Up until now a viewer could proceed to the checkout but the checkout action failed due to the terms and conditions being unchecked. Now if a user tries to checkout without terms and conditions checked in we will display the error message Please accept terms and conditions.
There was a small inconsistency with delivery window filtration when creating a new selection. We have now standardized our filter behaviors, now by default all delivery windows filters are unchecked resulting in all available delivery windows being shown that are applicable to the user.
Previously when clicking on a product image the magnification of the image did not expand as expected. Now when clicking on the image on the product page the magnification works as intended.
- Users reported visual gaps between some of the horizontal bars throughout the Centra Showroom, we have now removed all the gaps making everything look as it is supposed to.
