During the holiday period, Centra's Support will be available as normal during regular office hours:
- Monday 1/1: Closed, use Holiday Support for business-critical platform related issues.
- Tuesday 2/1: Open, 8:30 am - 17:00 pm (12 pm - 13 pm closed for lunch).
- Wednesday 3/1: Open, 8:30 am - 17:00 pm (12 pm - 13 pm closed for lunch).
- Thursday 4/1: Open, 8:30 am - 17:00 pm (12 pm - 13 pm closed for lunch).
- Friday 5/1: Open, 8:30 am - 17:00 pm (12 pm - 13 pm closed for lunch).

You will reach one of our on-call engineers who will assist you in resolving your business-critical platform issue. If your issue is not classified as business-critical you will be asked to contact our Customer Support Team during regular office hours.

- The website is up but checkout is not working!
- Customers can’t place orders!
You should have the above number and your front-end partners support numbers readily available, and we must inform you that Centra's on-call engineers will not be able to assist in any way with front-end issues. If you are unsure where your issue lies ring either of us and we will be able to inform you of whom the issue belongs to.
