During the holiday period, Centra's Support will be available as normal during regular office hours:

  • Monday 25/12: Closed, use Holiday Support for business-critical platform related issues.
  • Tuesday 26/12: Closed, use Holiday Support for business-critical platform related issues.
  • Wednesday 27/12: Open, 8:30 am - 17:00 pm (12 pm - 13 pm closed for lunch).
  • Thursday 28/12: Open, 8:30 am - 17:00 pm (12 pm - 13 pm closed for lunch).
  • Friday 29/12: Open, 8:30 am - 17:00 pm (12 pm - 13 pm closed for lunch).

This Christmas Centra would like you to know that we will have Christmas support for business-critical platform issues. Centra has upscaled our servers to better handle the influx of holiday orders during this festive season.

You will reach one of our on-call engineers who will assist you in resolving your business-critical platform issue. Remember, our on-call engineers are also celebrating Christmas with their loved ones which is why they will only be able to assist if you experience business-critical platform related issues. You will be asked to contact the Support Team if your issue is not business critical.

  • Centra admin or API’s are down!
  • The B2B showroom is down!
  • The website is up but checkout is not working!
  • Customers can’t place orders!

You should have the above number and your front-end partners support numbers readily available, and we must inform you that Centra's on-call engineers will not be able to assist in any way with potential front-end issues. If you are unsure where your issue lies ring either of us and we will be able to inform you of whom the issue belongs to.
