First of all, happy holidays! We hope you won’t experience any major issues over the holiday period, but if you do, we wanted to make sure you know when and how we’ll be available - and give you our new emergency support telephone number.
During normal working days, we will, as standard, operate regular support hours. This means we’ll answer calls between 0830 and 1700 (with a break for lunch between 1200 and 1300).
We know that some of you are starting campaigns as early as the 23rd, so from Friday, December 23 at 1700 until Tuesday, December 27 at 0800 we will handle business-critical issues only. If you experience a business-critical issue, please call +46 850164922 (note new number).
