BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND SUPPORT

This weekend Centra will be there for you.

Our team will be closely monitoring how your Centra environments are handling the influx of orders during this sale period. To help with this we have upgraded server capacities and tweaked server configurations to accommodate higher traffic and ensure a smooth Black Friday weekend.

We will have staff monitoring your systems during peak after-hours, but if you experience a business critical issue you will also be able to contact us on our after-hours support number which will redirect you to an on-call engineer.

Our on-call engineers will only be able to assist you in relation to the Centra eCommerce platform. For frontend website matters, please contact your website development partner!

Business Critical Platform issues are:

  • Centra admin or API’s are down!
  • The B2B showroom is down!
  • The website is up but checkout is not working!
  • Customers can’t place orders!

If your issue is not listed here you will be asked to contact the Success Team during regular support hours (8:30 AM - 17:00 PM Monday through Friday).

It is especially important that you have your front-end partners contact information ready as well. If you don't know who to contact ring either of us and we will let you know if the issue is Centra based or front-end based.

We understand the importance of this weekend and we know that it is going to be stressful. So before it gets crazy, take a moment to go over all the things you may need and mark them off your checklists (we know you have one).
