We now have a new contact number for after-hours support and you need to update your information accordingly.
This is the number you call if you experience business critical issues outside of regular support hours that need the immediate attention of one of our on-call engineers.
Please note that Centra engineers will only be able to help you with the problems that relate to the eCommerce platform itself. For frontend website problems you need to contact your website development partner. We know it's not always clear whom to contact, so when in doubt call either or us and we'll find out.
What are business critical issues you ask?
Business Critical Issues:
- Centra admin or API's are down!
- The B2B showroom is down!
- The website is up but checkout is not working!
- Customers can't place orders!
Any time outside of Centra's regular office hours is considered _after-hours. _Office hours are8:30 am - 17:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Issues that are not business critical will be handled by the Customer Success Team during regular office hours.
Our Support hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30 - 17:00.
Between 12:00 - 13:00 the office is closed for lunch.
