Big changes at Young/Skilled

The short version of our big news is that we’ve decided to take our Centra eCommerce platform, one of our agency’s core services, and launch it as a company of its own. And we’re taking our agency work and launching that as Young/Skilled Growth.

Probably you’re wondering what will change. We hope that you’ll mostly see an improved level of service, whether you’re a platform customer or an agency client. Above you’ll see that we’ve mapped out our support process. At least for now, you’ll contact us in the same way as ever (we’re still sitting in the same room), and we’ll make sure you find the right company and the right person. If that changes, we’ll make sure you know about it.

Introducing Ideal X

This brings us to another new development. We’re excited to announce our new retail technology blog, Ideal X. We’re still building out content, and you should stay tuned for an official launch, but we wanted you to see what we’ve been up to. Support asks: when are your sale periods?

Before we go, we’re working on putting together our client sale period calendar, which will help us organize our own resources over the holidays. If you’re having a post-Christmas sale, be sure to let us know the dates before Thursday December 22, so that we can include this information in our scheduling.
