Sell through consignation

You can now efficiently handle you consignation customers though Centra. Instead of just shipping your goods from your Centra warehouse to the customer, you can now transfer them from your Warehouse into the customers Warehouse which will also be set up in Centra.

Then when the customers sends you their sales reports you'll simply create an invoice based on these quantities and it will automatically decrease their stock levels and register the payment on their orders and shipments.

PDF invoices and orders attachments

Now you can attach PDF invoices and delivery notes to the emails you send to the customers.

In order to do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click “System” in the bottom navigation bar, click “STORES” and choose a store.

  2. Click “EDIT” in the upper right corner like shown in the picture below:

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Store Setting section and you will find those two options:

  4. Click on the radio button where it says yes for both of the options to activate them.

  5. Click “SAVE”.

Fixed price campaigns

Now you can now set a fixed price on campaigns instead of just adding a percentage.

In order to do that, follow the steps below:

  1. Create a Campaign like usual, enter the required information and click "Save".

  2. Choose the products you want to include in the campaign and click “Save”.

  3. Click “EDIT” in the upper right corner of the “CAMPAIGN PRODUCTS” section and it will look like this:

  4. Click on the radio button where it says “Fixed Price” and enter the price in the Value column.

Note!

This Fixed price option won’t work if you have multiple price lists in a campaign. It works only for campaigns with one price list.

If you have a campaign with multiple price lists you have to clone the campaign and create one campaign per price list.

Cancelation of warehouses

Now it is possible to cancel a warehouse and to choose whether to completely remove the stock or to transfer it to another warehouse.

In order to do that, follow the steps below:

  1. Click ‘SYSTEM’ on the bottom navigation, click ‘WAREHOUSES’ and choose the warehouse you want to remove.

  2. Click on “ARCHIVE” like shown in the picture.

  3. If you have products in the warehouse, you will be asked whether to transfer the products to another warehouse or to remove the warehouse with the products inside it, like shown in the picture below.

  4. Click "ARCHIVE".

Set title on invoice reminder and order documents

You can now set Order and Invoice Reminder titles. This can help you in specifying what the document is, i.e. Order Receipt, Order Confirmation.

In order to do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click “SALES” under wholesale or retail and choose “INVOICES”.

  2. Click “INVOICE TEMPLATES” in the upper right corner and choose an invoice template.

  3. Click “EDIT” in the upper right corner and you can write a reminder in the “Invoice Reminder” box like shown in the picture below:

  4. Click “SAVE”.

Specify warehouse group while creating orders in Centra back-end

Now you can specify which warehouse group will be used for a specific order, which helps you to override the default warehouse group and deicide which warehouse the stock will be taken from.

In order to do that, follow the steps below:

  1. Click ‘ACCOUNTS’ in wholesale, choose ‘ACCOUNTS’ and click on the account you want to create an order for.

  2. Click on ‘CREATE SELECTION’ in the upper right corner and this pop- up window will appear.

  3. Click on the drop-down menu under “Warehouse Group” to choose a specific warehouse group for this selection.

  4. Click "CREATE SELECTION".
    Note!

If you leave it on Auto, it will make the selection from the default warehouse group you set before.

Delivery windows that pull ordered products from stock

Now you can create delivery windows that allow your customers to create orders according to what you have in stock.

In order to do that, follow the steps below:

  1. Click “SETUP” in Wholesale, choose “DELIVERY WINDOW”.

  2. Click”+ DELIVERY WINDOW” in the upper right corner and you will be directed to this view:

  3. Enter the required information, click on the drop- down menu under “Default Variation Type” and choose “Stock”, like shown in the picture below:

  4. Click “SAVE”.

Delivery windows that only link to incoming stock

Now you can create delivery windows that allow your customers to create orders according to the upcoming products, you have ordered.

In order to do that, follow the steps below:

  1. Click “SETUP” in Wholesale, choose “DELIVERY WINDOW”.

  2. Click”+ DELIVERY WINDOW” in the upper right corner and you will be directed to this view:

  3. Enter the required information, click on the drop- down menu under “Default Variation Type” and choose “Stock”, like shown in the picture below:

  4. Click “SAVE”.

Sales stop date for delivery windows

This feature allows you to separate order deadline date for placing orders from the link stop date for linking stock towards a supplier order.

If you for example set start date to 2013-09-10, sales end date 2013-09-29 and end date to 2013-10-31. Your customers will be able to place orders within the dates in September but their ordered products can be linked towards supplier order with ETA as late as 2013-10-31.

If you want to do that, follow the steps below:

  1. Click “SETUP” in Wholesale, choose “DELIVERY WINDOW” and choose the delivery window you want to set a sale deadline for.

  2. Click ‘EDIT’ in the upper right corner and click in the box under Sale End Date then a calendar box will appear like the shown in the picture.

  3. Choose date from the calendar box and time from the drop- down menu beside the date box.

  4. Click “SAVE”.

New reports

Inventory by Warehouse report

This report gives you an overview over your warehouses inventory, Gross Margin and the stock cover and much more.

In this report you can also choose which columns you want in the exported excel sheet by selecting them in the ”Columns list”.

If you want to create this report follow the steps below:

  1. Click ‘DASHBOARD’ on the upper navigation bar and choose ‘REPORTS’.

  2. Click ‘+FILE’ on the upper right corner and choose “Inventory by warehouse Report” from the ‘Method’ drop down menu.

  3. Enter the required information and click “SAVE”.

  4. Click “EXPORT FILE” and this pop- up window will appear:

  5. Click “EXPORT”.

New Supplier Module features

ETD Date

Now you can write an estimated time of delivery date when creating an order.

In order to do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on “MODULES” in the bottom navigation bar, choose “SUPPLIER MODULE” and choose a supplier to create an order.

  2. Click on ‘CREATE SELECTION’ and you will be directed to this view.

  3. Enter the required information to create the order and click “CHECKOUT”.

  4. Click “Create Order” in the upper right corner and you will be directed to this view:

  5. Click “EDIT”, write the estimated time of delivery date in the ETD box and choose time, like shown in the picture below.

  6. Click "SAVE".

Shipping and payment terms for suppliers and supplier’s orders

Now it is possible to connect shipping and payment terms to supplier cards and supplier’s orders.

In order to do that, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on “MODULES” in the bottom navigation bar, choose “SUPPLIER MODULE” and choose the supplier you want to connect shipping and payment terms to.

  2. Click ‘EDIT’ on the upper right corner and choose a preferred Payment and shipping term, like shown in the picture below:

  3. Click ‘SAVE’.

In order to connect payment and shipping term to a specific order follow the steps below:

  1. Click on “MODULES” in the bottom navigation bar, choose “SUPPLIER MODULE” and choose a supplier to create an order.

  2. Click on ‘CREATE SELECTION’ and you will be directed to this view:

  3. Enter the required information to create the order and click “CHECKOUT”.

  4. Choose payment and shipping term for this specific order, like shown in the picture below:

  5. Click "SAVE".

Currency per supplier/order

Now you can set a currency for a supplier making the currency for the items in the order default to this currency. This makes it easier to have a single currency for a supplier order.

In order to set a specific currency for a supplier, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on “MODULES” in the bottom navigation bar, choose “SUPPLIER MODULE” and choose the supplier you want to set a currency for.

  2. Click ‘EDIT’ in the upper right corner and choose a preferred currency like shown in the picture below:

  3. Click "SAVE".
