2018-09-12 Issue No: 19
The sprint has ended. You know the drill! For those of you who don't know what the drill is, read here. These releases will be deployed to your Demo environment today (Wednesday), then you'll perform tests and so will we, then next Monday the same releases and any additional bugfixes are deployed to your Live environment.
Once the releases are deployed to your Demo environment we have entered the "testing period". If we or you discover issues or bugs during this period on Demo we will fix them. By the time it comes to Monday any problems found should be fixed, meaning that your Live environments are as bug-free as possible.
It's super important for you to let us know if there is something fishy going on during the testing period and on Mondays deployment! Because, after all, we are only humans and can occasionally miss stuff. If a business critical bug occurs after Live deployment we will build a hotfix which is immediately delivered to your Live environment.
Platform Release Notes
There was an issue with returns and returning stock into specific warehouses that lead to stock not increasing as it should have. We have made sure that Centra now always increases stock value when using the option return to stock: yes.
We became aware that the SoapAPI was missing some features from all endpoints in the Navision Module. We have now made sure that all possible ways of accessing the SoapAPI contain all features.
There was an issue in the Memnon Apport plugin that did not send the SMS notification even when it was set up to do so. We have now send the proper fields when the SMS notifications are setup within the plugin.
Klarna Checkout sometimes missed shipping price updates. We fixed this by ensuring that if there are shipping price updates Klarna will get the updates.
When using the forecast module, canceled and archived variants were being calculated into the forecast. We do not allow this any more.
We made some improvements to the _Inventory By Warehouse Report. _We now use the average historical cost/pc price instead of the variant cost/pc price and we now have a better handling of custom selections on columns in terms of excel formulas.
- The supplier module was generating 500 errors when some price imports were failing. We have now made sure that instead of showing 500 errors we show clear errors as to why the imports were failing.
Showroom Release Notes
- We have added additional error handling when a users checkout fails due to incorrect multiples of products in the size charts, we will show following error message: These product have multiplicity restriction. Along with showing the allowed multiples that the product can be ordered by.
Occasionally, when a checkout failed a blank page was shown not giving any indication that the checkout had failed. We have now stopped the blank page from being shown, but also made sure to show that the checkout failed.
There was an error with the ADD ALL functionality, it did not add all products to the selection when clicked. Now when clicking the ADD ALL button, all products in the delwin will be added to the selection as it was intended to do.
There were some visual bugs in the style matrix when using Internet Explorer. This has now been rectified.
- Previously buyers could see links to the accounts page in the order sheet page view. This should not have been possible and we have changed the view so that buyers can no longer see this.
