The sprint has ended. You know the drill! For those of you who don't know what the drill is, read here. These releases will be deployed to your Demo environment today (Wednesday), then you'll perform tests and so will we, then next Monday the same releases and any additional bugfixes are deployed to your Live environment.
Once the releases are deployed to your Demo environment we have entered the "testing period". If we or you discover issues or bugs during this period on Demo we will fix them. By the time it comes to Monday any problems found should be fixed, meaning that your Live environments are as bug-free as possible.
It's super important for you to let us know if there is something fishy going on during the testing period and on Mondays deployment! Because, after all, we are only humans and can occasionally miss stuff. If a business critical bug occurs after Live deployment we will build a hotfix which is immediately delivered to your Live environment.
Platform Release Notes
There was an error when trying to import attributes on a variant level. This is no longer problematic.
Some clients experienced issues with the wholesale store setting_"Send Email to Buyer and Agent". _Now when this setting is utilized the buyer and agent will receive emails.
Sometimes the Checkout API failed to load CMS articles when linked to more than 1024 products. We have now adjusted the API so that it no longer fails when articles are linked to 1024 products or more.
- There were some issues with not being able to complete a refund on orders that had credit notes. Previously, you had to cancel the credit note before canceling the refund. You are now able to complete, uncomplete or cancel refunds that have credit notes.
Showroom Release Notes
Our checkout flow has been improved. We now have clear information that the checkout has succeeded, a buyer receives a thank you page after checking out their order. The thank you page has information about the order and a clear message about the current status of the order and whether there are possible actions to take. Also, if the store setting _split orders: delivery window or collection etc., _is enabled the user will receive a message about the split with a list of created orders.
